Weekly Kids Yoga Classes
KarmaKidsYoga classes are run by highly trained kids yoga teachers who are passionate about kids AND yoga.
Each class combines traditional yoga techniques with breathing exercises, stories, music, imagination and mindfulness to create a unique kids yoga experience.
These classes encourage children to discover their inner potential in a non-threatening environment and to feel good about themselves, both inside and out.
Our business model partners with centres that choose yoga because of it’s many worthwhile gifts. What differentiates Kids Yoga from other large motor activities is it’s additional focus on deep breathing, mindfulness and meditation.
These experiences equip young children with tools to help manage anxiety and stress, such as separation anxiety and social challenges. We passionately believe that such tools should be offered to every child.
Classes are held once/week and are run according to the NSW school terms, usually in 10 week blocks.
Session times can be tailored to suit your centre's needs and typically would include:
under 2's - 15 minutes
2-3 year olds – 15 minutes
3-5 year olds – 30 minutes

Weekly OOSH Yoga Classes
Our highly trained kids yoga teachers are passionate about bringing the gifts of Yoga, Breath and Mindfulness to young people.
In a world that is often very chaotic and demanding, we believe that giving children tools to manage their stress and anxiety is paramount to maintaining health and wellbeing.
Each class combines traditional yoga, breathing exercises and mindfulness activities to create a unique yoga experience.
Our classes encourage students to become more resilient, and to build strength and flexibility while cultivating inner calm.
The perfect way to end a busy school day.
Classes are held once or twice/week and are run according to the NSW school terms, usually in 10 week blocks.
Session times are 30 minutes long.

I'm Chloe's mum and
Miss Rae is her teacher at
Greenwood Lane Cove.
I wanted to thank Rae for the amazing work she does with the kids. The way she structures the classes is just wonderful and Chloe loves doing yoga with her.
She does yoga at home to show us what she's learnt at preschool and we love it!
